Delete your Cully Express Account
Customers, restaurant partners, and drivers can all request account deletion. The quickest way is in the Cully Express app, from Settings > Delete Account.
If you cannot access the app, email us instead:

- The email address used for your account
- Whether you are a customer, restaurant partner, or driver
- A short request asking for account deletion
When an account is deleted
- remove personal profile information
- remove notification tokens
- remove uploaded profile and evidence files
- permanently delete your sign-in account
- anonymise legally required order, payment, refund and audit records
- wait for active orders or unresolved refunds to finish
Deletion requests are reviewed before completion. We may contact you to verify your identity. After any active orders or refunds are resolved, your account and sign-in credentials will be permanently deleted. Legally required financial and transaction records will be retained only in anonymised form. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
