Pricing & Commission
Commercial terms are agreed separately with Cully Express before account provisioning. The applicable food commission rate is then configured for the restaurant.
Delivery Coordination
Cully Express coordinates delivery orders through approved drivers where delivery is available. Restaurant partners can also offer collection where supported.
Partner Records
Review orders, earnings, payout records, menu information, and restaurant settings using restaurant tools in the Cully Express app.
Payout Administration
Restaurant settlements are normally made fortnightly. Cully Express normally initiates payment on the Wednesday following the end of the applicable two-week settlement period.

Our support team helps with partner review, account provisioning, menu preparation, and account management.
Simple, transparent pricing
These cards show Cully Express's current advertised commercial offers. The terms applicable to a restaurant are agreed separately with Cully Express, and the resulting food commission rate is configured for that restaurant. These are not subscription options selected in the app or pricing stated in the current Restaurant Partner Agreement.

Standard Monthly
+ 15% Food Commission
- Rolling monthly plan
- 30 days’ written notice to cancel
Standard Annual
+ 15% Food Commission
- Paid upfront for a 12-month term from the Effective Date
- Save £158 vs £948 for 12 months on Standard Monthly
- No automatic annual renewal
- At the end of the term, agree a new annual plan or move to the then-current Standard Monthly plan
